6. What does the registration fee include?
Your registration entitles you to a full day of conference sessions (panels and keynotes), networking opportunities, a continental breakfast, luncheon and a cocktail reception.

7. Can I pay by check?

8. Will I receive materials in the mail before the conference?
We do not mail materials to conference attendees. Please report to the registration table near the ballroom on the day of the conference to pick up your name badge. You must display this badge prominently to gain access to all conference activities.
If you registered online, please bring a copy of your confirmation page to the event. If you do not have a copy of your confirmation page, and we do not have ; your information in our database, you will need to complete an on-site registration form and will be liable for on-site registration fees.

9. What If I need to cancel?
Before September 11, 2009
Please send written notice of cancellation to
alma.weinstein@nielsen.com. You will receive a refund minus $100 administrative fee.
After September 11, 2009
No refunds will be made. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason. Substitutions within a company may be arranged as long as we are notified in writing prior to the conference. Shared registrations are not permitted under any circumstances. Please e-mail your substitution request to alma.weinstein@nielsen.com and provide your name and the following information for your replacement: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone number, e-mail.
Alternatively, you may choose to apply payment to a future event within one year from event date. Please e-mail alma.weinstein@nielsen.com with your name, company and reason for cancellation.

10.How do I book my hotel room?
The conference is taking place at The Westin Michigan Avenue. Please call The Westin Michigan Avenue at 312.943.7200 and mention "Nielsen" to receive a discounted room rate of $199 (plus applicable taxes). Book early — discounted room rate available through October 16, 2009.
